Player Agreement — MonkeyZino
When the first player created an account at MonkeyZino, a question arose that every responsible operator must answer: what obligations exist between the platform and the people who use it? These terms of use represent the written answer to that question. They define the rights and responsibilities of both parties, establish the procedures governing deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses, and set out the standards of conduct expected from every registered player. Reading and understanding this agreement before participating is not a formality — it is the foundation of a fair and transparent gaming experience.
1. Eligibility
Access to MonkeyZino is restricted to individuals who meet the following minimum criteria. Players who do not satisfy all conditions are not permitted to register or place wagers.
- The player must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal gambling age in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
- The player must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawfully permitted.
- The player must not be an employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee of MonkeyZino or any of its affiliated entities.

MonkeyZino reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
2. Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any balances or bonuses associated with secondary accounts may be forfeited. During registration, players are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. MonkeyZino will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to an account where the player has failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting their password. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported to the support team without delay.

3. Identity Verification

Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the player’s own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third party, the funds will be returned and the account may be subject to review. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of any payment method complies with the terms of the relevant payment provider.
MonkeyZino processes deposits promptly upon receipt of cleared funds. Processing times depend on the payment method selected and are displayed within the cashier interface.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification being completed and to there being no pending bonus wagering requirements on the account. Requests submitted while a bonus is active may be declined or may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, depending on the stage of wagering completion.
MonkeyZino endeavors to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the player’s chosen payment provider and is outside the direct control of MonkeyZino.
- Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
- MonkeyZino may require additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
- Requests that cannot be processed due to incomplete verification will be held in a pending state until the required documents are provided.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
MonkeyZino offers bonuses and promotions subject to individual promotion terms that are published alongside each offer. These terms of use govern player participation in all promotions except where a specific promotion’s terms expressly provide otherwise. Players should read the applicable promotion terms in full before claiming any offer.
Bonuses are issued at the sole discretion of MonkeyZino. Systematic exploitation of bonuses, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies, constitutes a breach of these terms of use and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and account closure.
7. Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to a player’s account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and any game restrictions are stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are satisfied, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are not available for withdrawal.
- Wagers placed on certain game categories, such as live dealer tables or specific slots, may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all toward fulfilling wagering requirements.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Uncompleted requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited at expiry.

Players who wish to withdraw real-money funds while a bonus is active may do so, but the bonus balance and any winnings attributable to that bonus will be forfeited upon withdrawal.

The use of automated software, bots, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. MonkeyZino monitors gameplay patterns and reserves the right to void any wagers or winnings identified as resulting from the use of prohibited tools or methods.
In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, any affected wagers will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. MonkeyZino reserves the right to void bets that cannot be resolved due to a confirmed technical error. Players are advised to report any suspected malfunction to the support team immediately rather than continuing to play.

9. Responsible Gambling
MonkeyZino is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment. The platform provides a range of tools to assist players in managing their gambling activity. These tools are available in the account settings section and may be applied immediately upon request.
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount they deposit. Limit increases take effect after a mandatory cooling-off period.
- Session time limits: Players may restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
- Reality checks: Players may activate periodic on-screen reminders displaying time spent and net gaming activity.

10. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant when it has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve months. MonkeyZino will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address prior to applying the dormancy policy. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account should contact the support team.
Following the initial notification period, MonkeyZino may deduct a monthly administrative fee from the dormant account balance, as specified in the fee schedule published on the platform. Deductions will cease once the balance reaches zero. Where the applicable law of the player’s jurisdiction requires unclaimed funds to be handled in a specific manner, MonkeyZino will comply with those legal requirements.
Any bonus funds remaining on a dormant account at the point of first deduction will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be subject to the administrative fee schedule until reclaimed by the player or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable law.
11. Disputes and Complaints
Players who wish to raise a complaint regarding any aspect of their experience at MonkeyZino should contact the customer support team in the first instance. The support team will endeavor to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. A formal complaint may be submitted in writing through the contact channels provided on the platform.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the player’s satisfaction through direct engagement with MonkeyZino, the player may escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or regulatory authority associated with the platform’s operating licence. Details of the applicable ADR mechanism are published in the licensing information section of the platform.
- Submit the complaint to the MonkeyZino support team with a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence.
- Allow the support team a reasonable period to investigate and respond, typically not exceeding fourteen days.
- If the response is unsatisfactory, escalate to the designated ADR body as indicated in the licensing section.
- As a last resort, players may refer the matter to the competent regulatory authority in their jurisdiction.
MonkeyZino will cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by a recognized regulatory authority or ADR body. These terms of use are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MonkeyZino holds its operating licence. Any dispute not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the player’s country of residence provide otherwise.
